These Terms govern your use of recipetra.com, including its guides, tool pages, policies, contact features, and any document-processing feature that may be activated later. They are written around the way this site actually works, not around a generic software-service template.
Use of the site creates a simple agreement.
By accessing or using PDFNexa, you agree to these Terms and to the policies that apply to the feature you are using. If you do not agree, you should stop using the site.
You may use the public site for lawful personal, educational, and business document tasks. You do not need a public PDFNexa account to read ordinary guides and policy pages.
These Terms do not give PDFNexa control over your document obligations.
Your employer, school, court, bank, client, regulator, or other organization may impose its own requirements for file format, signatures, retention, confidentiality, approved software, or submission method. Those requirements can be stricter than anything described on this site.
Guidance explains a workflow; it does not guarantee your outcome.
PDFNexa publishes explanations about editing, converting, compressing, merging, splitting, organizing, protecting, signing, and applying OCR to PDF documents. These guides are intended to help you understand a task and the checks that matter after it.
Examples are illustrative. A procedure that works well for one document may not produce the same result for another because files differ in fonts, scans, forms, images, permissions, embedded content, signatures, or structure.
Names, numbers, punctuation, tables, low-quality scans, handwriting, and unusual layouts can be misread.
Fonts, spacing, page breaks, links, forms, images, and signatures may not survive a format change exactly as expected.
The result may affect image quality, readability, metadata, or compatibility depending on the method used.
The legal or procedural effect of a signature depends on the method, jurisdiction, organization, and document involved.
A preview interface is not a processing promise.
PDFNexa currently provides browser-based PDF tools for the operations shown on the live tool pages. The selected PDF is processed on the visitor’s device for these current tools and is not uploaded to PDFNexa for server-side processing.
What each active tool must disclose
The relevant tool page must identify the live processor, supported file types and sizes, important limitations, file-handling model, retention behavior, and deletion behavior where applicable.
Use only the live tool page for the operation you need, review its stated limits and file-handling notice, and keep an original copy until you have checked the downloaded result.
You decide whether a document is appropriate to process.
You are responsible for the files, information, and instructions you choose to use with PDFNexa. That includes having the right to handle the document and deciding whether an online tool is appropriate for the sensitivity of the material.
Before processing
- Confirm that you have permission to use and modify the document.
- Keep an untouched original when the file matters.
- Remove unnecessary sensitive information where practical.
- Check whether your organization requires approved software or a specific workflow.
After processing
- Open the output rather than trusting the download alone.
- Count pages and inspect important sections.
- Verify text, numbers, links, forms, images, and signatures that matter.
- Do not discard the original until the result has been checked.
Do not use PDFNexa to harm the service or other people.
You may not use the site to violate applicable law, infringe another person’s rights, interfere with site operation, bypass security controls, submit malicious code, overload the service, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, impersonate others, or use automated access in a way that disrupts normal use.
You also may not use PDFNexa to process or distribute material when you lack the necessary rights or authority to do so.
Your document stays yours. PDFNexa’s site content stays PDFNexa’s.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of your documents to PDFNexa. If file processing is activated later, any limited permission needed to handle a file will exist only to provide the requested operation and will be described with that feature.
PDFNexa’s original site text, page structure, visual design, branding, and other protected material may not be copied, republished, scraped for redistribution, or presented as another service’s own content except where applicable law permits.
A link is not control over another service.
PDFNexa may link to standards, vendor documentation, external websites, or other resources. Those services have their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and security controls. PDFNexa does not control them merely because they are referenced here.
If a future document feature relies on an external processing provider, the relevant disclosures will be added before that processor is treated as live.
The site may change without preserving every old workflow.
PDFNexa may add, remove, revise, suspend, or replace pages and features as the site develops. We may also restrict access where necessary for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, or legal reasons.
We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent preservation of a specific interface, or compatibility with every browser, device, PDF producer, or file structure.
Important files deserve independent checking.
PDFNexa is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not promise that every guide is complete for every circumstance or that a future tool will produce an error-free result for every PDF.
The terms should follow the product.
We may update these Terms when PDFNexa changes its tools, providers, policies, security model, or legal obligations. The “Last updated” date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes may also be highlighted where that helps returning visitors understand what changed.
